Spa treatment & drinks

Cape Town CBD

Serenity awaits you at this inner city sanctuary located at the grand Southern Sun: The Cullinan Hotel in the Foreshore. Let the stresses of life seep away with a true African-style proper pamper day with the girls at the hotel’s Mangwanani Boutique Spa. Try one of the special poolside therapeutic massage treatments that is sure to soothe your soul and revitalise your body or choose from a host of beauty treatments that will get you party-ready for the weekend. Once done with your treatment, pop over to the newly renovated bar for some post-pamper drinks and snacks.

Drinks at Orphanage

Cape Town CBD

Bree Street is undoubtedly the hippest strip in Cape Town. This vibey street is packed with boutiques of designer ware, speciality eateries and new niche bars. Enjoy sundowners with your besties at Orphanage Cocktail Emporium, where artisan cocktails, elixirs and intoxications await. Try Oliver’s Twist a chamomile-infused vermouth combined with vodka, apricot liqueur and orange, served with a twist. There is a DJ in residence in the Parlour and the newly opened Dining Room means you can stay for supper.

V&A Waterfront

Stand Up Paddleboarding or SUP’ing is the latest fitness craze that has blown over from Hawaii to our shores. This off-shoot of surfing gives you an epic core body workout, while having serious fun in the sun. While you don’t need any previous experience to get on the board, you must be able to swim 50 meters and be fairly fit to give this a go.
